1. Appointed by the Promoter on a principal-in-principle basis to sell, distribute and market the products and services through this Agreement, the Promoter may offer or sponsor and also support the manufacture of goods and services as part of its online selling business.
2. The Promoter shall not sell any Products at a price higher than the Maximum Retail Price mentioned on the label of the Products.
3. The Promoter shall, during the entire validity of this Agreement, strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations and other legal obligations affecting the conduct of its business.
4. There is no fee charged for joining/registration in this company. Everything here is free/without investment.
5. There are only promotional tasks in our company on the basis of which users earn points on completing every task.
6. It is mandatory for every member to complete KYC here.
7. The coupon purchased here will be valid for withdrawal only.
8. Connect Bharat Company does not force any user to buy anything. Every member who completes any task is doing it voluntarily and for his own profits.
9. Each Promoter shall be responsible for obtaining any applicable conditions/rules such as - registration, license, approval or authorization etc. by the Government for carrying on this business, a copy of which shall be provided to the Company upon request by "Connect Bharat" Company.
10. Promoters should always carry their identity card and should not visit the premises of the consumer without prior appointment/approval and disclose their and the company's identity.
11. Provide full details of the nature and performance of the products and services being offered for sale, details of prices, credit terms, payment terms, return policies, guarantee terms, after sales service, complaint redressal mechanism, etc.
12. Every user must keep in mind while purchasing coupons that your purchased coupon is non-refundable and neither any amount invested by you will be refunded.
13. Promoter should not induce the purchase of unreasonably large quantities of products or services.
14. Do not provide any literature or training material to prospective or existing Promoters that has not been approved by "Connect Bharat" company.
15. Strictly follow the Code of Conduct / Government rules.
16. The Promoter may, upon giving notice in writing, terminate the Agreement without assigning any reason, and this Agreement shall terminate with immediate effect. And upon acceptance of the notice by the Company, the Company shall not be entitled to buy/sell or promote products or services.
17. The Promoter confirms that he has entered into this Agreement as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement establishes an employment relationship or any other labor relationship between the parties. When purchasing and selling products, the Consultant will act as an independent seller, acting in his own name and on his own responsibility.
18. No user can ever make any type of claim/pressure on the company to withdraw points. Because the company has not charged any money to any user for earning points. The company has given all the points for free.
19. This Agreement shall remain valid and in full force and effect until terminated by either party for cause.
